On Thursday, July 18th: THE PRINCESS BRIDE (1987) on 35mm.

Rob Reiner’s endlessly quotable storybook comedy classic comes to the big, BIG screen on 35mm!

Scaling the Cliffs of Insanity. Battling Rodents of Unusual Size. Facing Torture in the Pit Of Despair. It’s family fun with THE PRINCESS BRIDE!

Looking for a weeknight reason to celebrate celluloid?  Join us at The Mahoning Drive-In Theater for Thursday Thread-Up!  From grindhouse to arthouse, cult classics to deep cuts, we present a series of single-feature 35mm screenings several Thursday nights a month, to get you ready for the weekend!

Get ready to take a deep dive into the murky depths of cinema history, lighting up the mighty Mahoning screen with singular sensations several times a month, all season long!

When grandfather Peter Falk is asked to read a bedtime story to grandson Fred Savage, the tale that unfolds is one of the most absurd and unforgettable fairy tales committed to the screen.  Along for the ride are Cary Elwes as Westley, Chris Sarandon as Prince Humperdinck, Mandy Patinkin as Inigo Montoya, and Billy Crystal, Carol Kane, Christopher Guest, Peter Cook, and Andre The Giant!

(Did you think we’d forget Wallace Shawn?  INCONCEIVABLE!)
